What should I do in case of any problems during purchasing process?
Please, contact us immediately in case of any problem, which arises during your purchase.
How long does it take to fill an order or respond to a question?
- On-line orders are filled immediately. If you ordered an integration service, it would take 12-24 hours to complete.
- Mail orders are filled within 5 to 8 business days after receiving them.
- Email responses are handled within 2-4 hours typically, with a maximum of 24 hours.
Do you charge VAT Taxes?
As of July 1st 2003, Plimus Corporation collect VAT from EU consumers who do not have a valid VAT ID for electronically delivered products.
What kind of credit cards do you accept?
Our products and services are sold by Plimus. Currently they accepts all major credit cards and their derivatives, including:

What is the difference between Standard, Server and Enterprise versions?
Here is a short list of differences between the mortgage calculators licensing options. These licensing options are applicable for all versions (ASP.Net, PHP, PHP intl.) of the package.

Standard license gives you the right to use our mortgage calculators package on one Internet or Intranet site, including all of it sub domains. You are not permitted to create any kind of services, based on our calculators. You must maintain a back-link to our website if you purchase Standard license.
One Server license allows you to make unlimited number of product installations on one physical server. If you have servers cluster, you must purchase separate licenses for every physical server. You do not have to maintain a back-link to our web-site with this license type.
Enterprise license does not have any server and/or domain limitations - you are free to use it on as many sites as you wish. In contrast to the Standard and One Server licenses, you are permitted to create services based on our product, such as real-estate websites hosting.
All legitimate users will receive bug fixes and new releases, including new calculators, for free.
Can I upgrade to Server or Enterprise if I purchased Standard license?
Yes. At any time after your Standard license purchase you may upgrade your license to the Server or Enterprise license. Please, take a note, that in this case we will discount the price of standard license from the price of the Server or Enterprise license.
Are there discounts for purchases of multiple licenses?
Yes. When you order one or two licenses, you'll have to pay a list price, ordering two to five licenses you will be charged 10% less. If you need more than six licenses - the price will be 20% less.
Enterprise license does not have any volume discounts since it allows you to install our product on as many sites as you wish.
I want to purchase one, two or three calculators. It is possible?
Unfortunately, it is not possible at this time.
How do I get upgrades?
You will receive a new versions, bug fixes and updates via e-mail. Please, avoid using a free email services in order to receive these updates, because free services often have a strict spam filters which might accidentally wipe an attachment with your updates.
What happens if I lose the products files?
If you lose the distributive files you can contact us through online form. Please, specify the name, email address and proof of purchase if available.
